Do I still need to know my Client Number and PIN?

Yes. When you set up Fingerprint ID, you’ll need to log in to our Mobile Banking app using your PIN. You’ll likely need your PIN from time to time if Fingerprint ID is ever disabled, if you reach out to us by phone, or if you log in to a different device without Fingerprint ID enabled to your Client Number.
