How can I disable Fingerprint ID for the Tangerine Mobile Banking app?

You can disable Fingerprint ID by logging in on our Mobile Banking app or on your computer and following the steps below.

Here’s how to disable your Fingerprint ID in the app:

Step 1

Tap 'More' on the bottom right of your screen

Step 2

Select 'Profile & Settings' and then select 'Login Options'

Step 3

Select your device from the list and you can toggle the ‘Enabled’ button to ‘Disable’. 

 

Here are online instructions to disable your Fingerprint ID in the app:

Log in if you aren’t already and click your name.

Step 2

Select ’Devices’ then select ‘Login Options’

Step 3

Select your device, then select ‘Edit’ and click ‘Disable’.
