Can I use my Client Number and PIN to log in when Fingerprint ID is enabled?
No. When you set up the Fingerprint ID login option, the app will prompt you to use it each time you open the app. You can switch to using your PIN by disabling Fingerprint ID for the Tangerine Mobile Banking app (see instructions here). If you have multiple failed attempts to log in using Fingerprint ID, you’ll be prompted to use your PIN.
