I want to change my online and phone banking PIN. How do I do that?

To change your online and phone banking PIN:
 

Step 1

Click ‘Log In’ above, and enter your Client Number, Username or Card Number. Then click the ‘Next’ button.

Step 2

When you reach the point where you’d normally enter your PIN, click ‘Forgot PIN?’.

Step 3

Follow the prompts from there.
