Where can I find my tax receipts online?

 

If you're set up to receive tax receipts electronically, you can download your electronic receipts yourself. Here’s how:

1. Once you're logged in, click your name near the top of the screen and then select ‘Documents’

2. Go to ‘Tax Receipts’ and then select the receipt you'd like

3. Click the ‘View’ button and then ‘Download’ and you'll be able to print from there

If you'd like us to send you a reprint of a tax receipt, call us at 1-888-826-4374 and we'll mail it to you within 1 to 5 business days. There's a fee of $5.

Please keep in mind that a T5, RL3 and NR4 receipt is only issued if interest earned during the year was at least $50.

Getting your tax receipts on the Tangerine Mobile Banking app is easy. Here's how:

1. Log in and tap 'More' in the bottom right corner

2. Tap 'Profile & Settings' and select 'Documents'

3. Select 'Tax Receipts' from the dropdown menu and select the tax year

Here's how to find interest earned:

1. Log in if you aren't already

2. Click the Account you'd like

3. Select 'Account Details' to view interest earned

This option applies to personal Accounts. Business tax receipts will be sent by mail only to the business address.
