Where can I find the Share of Account Percentages Form?

Here's where to find the allocation form:

Step 1

Tap 'More' at the bottom of your screen

Step 2

Select 'Profile & Settings', scroll down and tap 'Forms'

Step 3

Scroll down to ‘Share of Account Percentages in The Event of Death (Quebec Joint Account)’ form.

Step 1

Log in if you aren't already.

Step 2

Click your name near the top of your screen and then select 'Forms'.

Step 3

From there, select the ‘Share of Account Percentages in The Event of Death (Quebec Joint Account)’ form.
