How do I close one of my Accounts?

Here's how to close your Account, as long as it's not the only Account of its type:

Here's how to close an Account:

Step 1

Select 'More' at the bottom of the screen

Step 2

Select 'Profile & Settings' then tap 'General'

Step 3

Scroll down to 'Close Account(s)' and follow the prompts.

Step 1

Log in if you aren't already.

Step 2

Select the Account, go to 'Account Details' and click 'Close Account'.

Don’t see the button, check to see if you have a pending transaction on the Account - this could prevent closing it. Cancel or wait for the transaction to post, before closing. You'll also need to give us a call if you're looking to close a RIF Savings Account.
