How do I check the status of my Mortgage application?

To check the status of your Mortgage application:

Step 1

Select 'Accounts'

Step 2

Scroll down to 'Explore Products'

Step 3

Select 'Borrowing' and tap your application.
 

You can check the status of your application online:

Step 1

Log in if you aren’t already

Step 2

Select ‘Borrowing’ then ‘Pending Applications & Forms’.
 

Or you can view the status of your Application from the Mortgage App Tracker both Online and on Mobile.
