How do I cancel or recall a bill payment?

Payments made online or through our Mobile Banking app
You have until 10:00pm of your bill payment date to cancel your payment and have the transaction reversed right away. Here's how:
 

To cancel your bill payment transaction:

Step 1

Select your ‘Chequing Account’ and then tap ‘Transactions’ 

Step 2

Select your bill payment, tap ‘Delete Payment’ and follow the prompts.

You have until 10:00 pm ET of your bill payment date to cancel your payment.

 

If your payment has been processed, you’ll see a ‘Recall Payment’ button and the recommended solutions.

Log in if you aren’t already.

Step 2

Select your Chequing Account and click ‘Transactions’

Step 3

Select your bill payment and click ‘Delete Payment’ and follow the prompts.
