How can I reset my Client Card PIN?
If you've forgotten or need to change your PIN, here's how to reset it online:
- Log in and select your Chequing Account
- Click 'Manage Card' and select 'Change Card PIN'
- You'll need the CVV on the back of your Card, but you don't have to remember your old PIN. Just follow the prompts
- Once you've created a new PIN online, the next step is to activate it by making a withdrawal or deposit at any ABM. An email will be sent to you with instructions.
To reset it in the Mobile Banking app, select your Chequing Account, tap the 3 dots at the top right of the screen, followed by 'Manage Card' and 'Change Card PIN'. Then follow steps 3 and 4 above.
Note: You can use a Scotiabank ABM for free. A non-Scotiabank ABM will work, however you'll be charged a fee for that transaction.
