What's the difference between transaction categories and my 2% Money-Back Reward Categories?

Transaction categories are there to help you manage your money. Transactions in your Account(s) are categorized based on how Tangerine identifies the type of transaction and using any customized categorization information you've provided. These transaction categories are unrelated to the 2% Money-Back Categories. 

Your 2% Money-Back Categories are the ones you choose for your 2% cash back transactions. These Categories are based on eligible Merchant Category Codes (MCC) or transaction type. The MCCs are established by the merchant using generally accepted payment logic and industry standards. Note: Changing the Transaction category won't change the Money-Back Category, which is determined based on the merchant’s setup.
