There’s been some suspicious activity in my Account(s). What should I do?

To help address suspicious activity, here are some things to consider:

Step 1

If you suspect a Credit Card or debit purchase error, start by contacting the merchant.

Step 2

Check your accounts at other financial institutions for any suspicious activity.

Step 3

Did you get notified for an unauthorized login attempt? Third party personal finance apps you use will sometimes log into your bank accounts to get most up to date balances.

If you suspect fraudulent activity relating to your Account, please call us right away at 1‑888‑826‑4374.
