What if my Fingerprint ID-enabled device is lost or stolen?

 

You can delete the device’s access to your Account(s) by logging in from another mobile device or computer. Then, follow the steps below.

From our Mobile Banking app:
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner, then go to Profile & Settings → Devices

Through a browser on your computer:
Once you log in, click your name in the top right corner of the screen, and go to ‘Devices’. From there, select the ‘Edit’ button next to the device name and then ‘Delete’.
