Why do I need to set up secret questions?

 

Secret Questions help prevent unauthorized people from getting access to your information online. They provide an added layer of security in case someone tries to use your Client Number and PIN to access your banking. You can choose to skip Secret Questions when you log in from a device you've banked with before, however having the added security can be beneficial - especially if you're sharing your device.
