How do I make changes to a Pre-Authorized Payment?

Changes to your Pre-Authorized Payments need to be arranged with the merchant or payee. They may ask you to complete a form or provide a void cheque. To print a void cheque:

Step 1

Log in, if you aren't already logged in.

Step 2

Click your Chequing Account.

Step 3

Click the 'Void Cheque' button, and you'll get a PDF that you can print out.
