How do I Deposit a Cheque using the Cheque-In feature?

It's really simple to deposit a cheque.

Log into the Tangerine Mobile Banking app:

1. Tap 'Move Money’

2. Hit  'Deposit cheques’ and follow the prompts.

A few things to keep in mind:

1. We can only accept CAD cheques/drafts from a Canadian Financial Institution. USD and foreign cheques are not accepted.

2. Deposits can be made into most Tangerine Canadian Accounts

     a. Chequing

     b. Savings Account

     c. RSP Account

     d. Children’s Savings Account

     e. TFSA

     f. Business Savings Accounts (deposits only, physical cheques are still needed to open the Account)

3. When you make a deposit by Cheque-In, our standard hold policy will apply. More information about our hold policy is available here.
