How can I withdraw American money while I'm travelling in the US?

 

While you're travelling, you can use your Client Card at a Cirrus or Interac network ABM to withdraw local currency. The money will be withdrawn from your Chequing Account and will be exchanged based on the current exchange rate of the ABM you're using plus any additional fees they may charge.

As a Tangerine Client, you'll have free access to Scotiabank's Global ATM Alliance. You can locate your nearest ABM here. If you're using an ABM that's not a part of the Global ATM Alliance, an additional $3 fee will be applied.

Just something to know, you can only access your Tangerine Chequing Account this way. No other Accounts are accessible.
