How to replace my damaged Client Card?

Here's how to replace your damaged Credit Card in the app:

Step 1

Select your Credit Card Account and tap 'More'

Step 2

Select 'Request replacement Card' and follow the prompts.

Note: If your mailing address needs to be updated, please call us.

Replacing a lost/stolen Credit Card in the app:

Step 1

Select your Credit Card Account and tap Manage Card'

Step 2

Select 'Request replacement Card', then tap 'It's lost or stolen' and follow the prompts.
