How to replace my damaged Client Card?

Here's how to replace your damaged Client Card:

Step 1

Log in if you aren’t already and select your Chequing Account

Step 2

Click ‘Manage Card’

Step 3

Select 'Replace lost, stolen or damaged Card', and follow the prompts.

In the top right corner, tap the 3 dots

Under 'Actions', tap 'Replace lost, stolen or damaged Card' and follow the prompts.
