How do I set up a Pre-Authorized Payment or Direct Deposit?

Setting up pre-authorized payments or direct deposits with your Tangerine Chequing Account?
 

Here’s how to get your Account details or a void cheque:

Step 1

Select the Account and tap the 3 dots at the top of your screen

Step 2

Tap ‘Direct Deposit' and follow the prompts

Step 3

From there, you’ll be able to view your direct deposit details or print a void cheque.

 

You can also do this from your Savings Account by following the same steps to get your direct deposit details.

Step 1

Log in if you aren't already, then click your Chequing Account and select ‘Direct Deposit’

Step 2

You’ll see your Institution, Transit, and Account Numbers—plus a link to view your void cheque

Step 3

Use the ‘Share’ button to send the cheque info or copy and print it as needed. Smooth, simple and ready to go!

 

You can also do this from your Savings Account by following the same steps to get your direct deposit details.
