Do I have to get this new Client Card?

If your Client Card is 10 years old or more, your Card chip will expire shortly, and you'll need a new one.

Your new Client Card will work just like your current one, but with the addition of Visa Debit. Visa Debit will give you the ability to safely pay directly from your Tangerine Chequing Account when you shop online, in-app, and around the world at millions of merchants in over 200 countries.

Here's how you can order your new Visa Debit card:

Online at tangerine.ca

1. Log in and select your Chequing Account

2. Select 'Manage Card' and then 'Upgrade to Visa Debit'

Mobile Banking app:

1. Log in and select your Chequing Account.

2. In the top right corner, tap the 3 dots and select 'Manage Card'

3. Select 'Upgrade to Visa Debit'
