Information Technology and Digital Innovation

As one of Canada’s leading digital banks, we have a team of highly skilled technology professsionals. These individuals are responsible for designing, building and delivering through all our channels. This includes everything from IT Development, Enablement Office, IT Governance and Security and IT Operations.

Service & Sales

An ideal position for a real people person. By phone, email and online messaging, our award-winning Service and Sales teams support our Clients’ needs 24/7, and they ensure every Client interaction is not just good, but great.

Marketing

Our brand is strong in part due to a passionate team of digital-first Marketers committed to ensuring Canadians understand how simple and great it is to bank with us. And it doesn’t hurt that we’re the Official Bank of the Toronto Raptors.

Client Experience

Everything we do is is based on exceeding our Clients’ needs and expectations - from the products we develop, to how they’re designed and how we deliver them. To remain Client-focused, we need to stay up-to-date with our Clients’ needs. That’s where this team comes in.

Client Business Support

From Account opening, credit approval, statements and everything in between, our Client Business Support team works behind the scenes to make sure we can seamlessly meet our Client needs.

Data Science & Analytics

Data is key and our Analytics team is responsible for helping to unlock growth by uncovering insights for the bank.

Tangerine Investment Funds Team

By providing Investment support to our Clients and managing the performance of our Investment Funds, this team helps our Clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Product Team

Our Product Managers are not building your typical banking products. They are responsible for developing digital financial offerings that have the best value proposition in the market. They work with Agile teams to act fast and help us move forward as an everyday bank for Canadians.

Shared Services & Control Functions

We have great teams that enable Tangerine to grow and develop by providing oversight and support. From Finance to Human Resources and Internal Controls these teams are committed to making an impact and contributing to the bigger picture.
