*The 3.84% Mortgage Rate Offer (the “Offer”) is only available on an Eligible Mortgage (as defined below) to Clients who: (1) receive a communication about the Offer directly from Tangerine Bank, (2) submit the Mortgage Rate Request form to be contacted by a Tangerine Mortgage Specialist via the link provided in their Offer communication or at www.tangerine.ca/en/offers/preferred-mortgage-rate, (3) submit an Eligible Mortgage application with a Tangerine Mortgage Specialist within fourteen (14) days of submitting your Mortgage Rate Request form to hold the rate offered at the time of form submission. The final date to submit the Mortgage Rate Request form and be eligible for the Offer is May 8, 2026. If approved, the mortgage must be funded within one hundred and twenty (120) days of application submission in order to retain that rate (the “Offer Conditions”) and (4) prior to funding, set up their recurring Mortgage payments from a Tangerine Chequing Account.
Note that applications submitted without completion of the Rate Request Form, even if approved, or applications that do not meet all Offer conditions are not eligible for this Offer.
“Eligible Mortgage” means a new residential Tangerine Mortgage or a transfer of an existing residential mortgage from another lender to Tangerine Bank, that is a 3 year fixed rate closed Mortgage with a principal amount of at least $350,000 CAD. Note that prepayment charges with the existing lender may apply if the mortgage has not reached its maturity date. Applications for a Home Equity Line of Credit, refinancing of existing Tangerine Mortgages, applications for increases to existing Tangerine Mortgage amounts, renewals of existing Tangerine Mortgages and/or transfers of existing Tangerine Mortgages to new properties are not eligible for this Offer.

This Offer is non-transferable and may be changed, withdrawn, suspended or extended at any time, without notice to you and may not be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions. Applicants must consent to a credit check as part of the Mortgage application process, and applicants must be approved for the Eligible Mortgage per Tangerine’s underwriting guidelines and credit granting criteria, which include approval for high-ratio mortgage insurance, where applicable, by the insurer. All Tangerine Mortgages must be registered in first position. Other conditions applicable to the Mortgage may apply.
‡The annual interest rate for a fixed rate mortgage is calculated half-yearly, not in advance. The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) is 3.86%, based on a 3 year fixed rate closed Mortgage of $350,000 with a 25 year amortization and an appraisal fee of $250 and a funding processing fee of $280, which will be required to complete your lending application (actual appraisal fee may vary). Note that if you are transferring your mortgage, prepayment charges with the existing lender may apply if the mortgage has not reached its maturity date.
