1 The Tangerine New Client Payroll Offer (the “Offer”) is available to new Clients who(se): (a) Client Number was created between May 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025; (b) open a Tangerine Chequing Account as the Primary Account Holder within 60 days of the date their Client Number was created; and (c) set up payroll direct deposits within 60 days of the date their Chequing Account was opened. 2 The Tangerine New Client 4.50% Interest Rate Offer (the "Offer") is available to new Tangerine Clients who: (a) have a Client Number created between December 18, 2024 and October 31, 2025, and (b) open an Eligible Savings Account as the Primary Account Holder within 60 days of the date their Client Number was created. The 4.50% Promotional Rate will apply to deposits made to an eligible Client’s Eligible Savings Account(s) for 153 days (5 months) beginning on the date all Qualifying Conditions have been met, to a maximum of $1,000,000 (in the currency of the Eligible Savings Account) per Eligible Savings Account Type (for deposits to registered Eligible Savings Accounts made through a T2033 form, please see the full Offer Terms and Conditions). The Promotional Rate is an annualized rate, calculated daily and paid monthly. All deposits to TFSAs and RSP Savings Accounts are subject to the limits imposed by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the Client is fully responsible for ensuring any and all deposits fall within these set CRA limits.

The Tangerine 10% Limited-time Promotional Offer (the “Offer”) is only available to new Tangerine Credit Card Account holders who (i) apply for a Tangerine Money-Back Credit Card (the “Account”) by January 30, 2026, (ii) activate their Account within 45 days of approval, and (iii) have up to a maximum of $1,000 in total Net Purchases posted to their Account within the 60-day period beginning on the date the Tangerine Money-Back Credit Card is activated. “Net Purchases” include purchases charged to the Account (less any refunds, returns or other similar credits) but do not include payments, Cash Advances (including Balance Transfers and Cash-Like Transactions), interest, fees, insurance premiums, adjustments or other charges. The Offer Bonus of 10% (up to $100) will be credited to the Primary Cardholder’s Account within 1–2 statement cycles after the 60-day promotional period provided the Account is open and in Good Standing at time of payout.
