Where can I find my Tangerine Client Number?

To log in to your Tangerine Account you can use your Client Number, Card Number, or Username as your Login ID. 

 

If you don't remember or have trouble with your login, you can get your Client Number emailed to you whether you're online or in the app.

 

Here's how to get your Login ID:

 

Step 1

Select 'Log In' button 

Step 2

Select 'Forgot Login ID?' online or ‘Forgot Login’ in the app

Step 3

Follow the prompts from there.

 

 

If you’re already logged in, here's how you can find your Client Number:

Tap 'More' at the bottom of your screen

Select 'Profile & Settings' and the number will be next to your name.
