How can I change my Secret Questions?



You can change Secret Questions at any time. Here's how:

1. Log in, if you aren't already logged in

2. Click your name near the top of your screen to get to ‘Security & Login’

3. Scroll down to the 'Secret Questions and answers' section and click 'Edit'

4. Follow the prompts from there



If you’re locked out, here’s how you can reset your Secret Questions:

1. Click ‘Log In’ above, enter your Client Number or Username or Card Number and then click the ‘Next’ button

2. You’ll see the message “Yikes! Since you've had trouble providing the answer to your Secret Question, we've temporarily locked your online banking access. Please use the 'Forgot Answer' link below to get unlocked.”

3. Click ‘Forgot Answer’ below ‘Next’ button

4. Follow the prompts from there



We encourage you to set up 2-Step Authentication, which provides an extra layer of security during login by requiring a Security Code that is sent to your registered mobile number by text message. You'll still enter your Client Number and PIN as usual and will also need to enter the correct Security Code to log in.

To start using 2-Step Authentication for logging in:

1. Log in, if you aren't already logged in, and click your name in the top right corner

2. Select 'Security & Login', and then hit the 'Set Up' button under 2-Step Authentication

3. Enter your mobile number or confirm the number we have on file

4. We'll text you a one-time Security Code that you'll need to enter online to complete your registration
