How do I transfer my RRSP or RSP from another financial institution to Tangerine Investment Funds Limited?

To transfer an RSP from another institution to your Tangerine Investment Fund Account:

Step 1

Select your Tangerine RSP Investment Fund Account.

Step 2

Tap the 3 dots at the top of your screen, select 'Transfer RSP' and follow the prompts.

Note: If you don't yet have a Tangerine RSP Investment Fund Account, start by opening one.

To open a new Tangerine RSP Savings Account:

Step 1

Tap 'Accounts'.

Step 2

Scroll down to 'Explore Products' and tap 'Savings'.

Step 3

Select RSP Savings Account from the list.

To transfer an RSP from another institution to your Tangerine Investment Fund Account:

Step 1

Log in, if you aren't already and select your RSP Account.

Step 2

Select 'Transfer RSP' and follow the prompts.

Note: If you don't yet have a Tangerine RSP Investment Fund Account, start by opening one

To open a new Tangerine RSP Savings Account:

Step 1

Open a new Tangerine RSP Account.

Step 2

At the end of the online steps, you'll be asked how you'd like to fund your Account. You can indicate there that you'll be transferring funds from another financial institution.
