How can I link a new external account?

Here's how to link an external account to your personal Tangerine Account(s):

 

Step 1

Tap 'More' at the bottom of your screen.

Step 2

Select ‘Profile & Settings’.

Step 3

Select 'External Accounts', tap 'Link Account' and follow the prompts.

If this isn't the first external account you're linking, then on the 'External Accounts' page you can either delete your existing external account or keep it and also add a new one. 

 

You can have a total of 3 external accounts.

 

Please note: These steps don’t apply to business banking. For Business Accounts, we’ll need to help you over the phone.

Log in if you aren't already and click your name in the top corner of your screen 

Step 2

Go to ‘Profile & Settings’ and select 'External Accounts'

Step 3

Click 'Link Account' and follow the prompts from there.
