I sent money by Interac e-transfer®. How do I cancel it?
You can only cancel your transfer before the funds have been accepted by the recipient. Keep in mind that if the recipient has Interac Autodeposit set up, you won't be able to cancel the transfer.
To cancel:
1. Log in and select your Chequing Account
2. Click the transfer from your transactions list
3. Hit the ‘Cancel Transfer’ button and follow the prompts.
