Almost all Canada Post outlets can verify your identification, but there are some outlets that can’t. When you enroll, we’ll provide you with the locations of the outlets that are closest to your address, along with a number that you’ll need to take with you. You can go to a different Canada Post location. However if you do choose to go to a different location, it’s a good idea to call ahead to make sure they can process this number to verify your ID.
If you change your mind and want to choose a different method for activating your Account, simply log in, and you should see a message about activating your Account, which will include a link to change your Account activation method.

To designate a Beneficiary or Successor Holder for your registered Savings Account, go to the Account Details page for the Account, and click 'Beneficiaries' under your balance information. Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the form, print it and mail it to Tangerine. For your registered Investment Fund Account, click your name near the top of your screen and go to your Profile and Settings. Click 'Forms' and you'll be able to find the applicable Beneficiary Form. Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the form, print it, and mail it to Tangerine.
