I received an email telling me that I need to get a new Client Card. How do I get one?

Here's how you can request your new Card:

Online at tangerine.ca:

Step 1

Log in and select your Chequing Account.

Step 2

Select 'Manage Card' and then 'Upgrade to Visa Debit'.

Mobile Banking app:

Step 1

Log in and select your Chequing Account.

Step 2

In the top right corner, tap the 3 dots and select 'Manage Card'.
 

Step 3

Select 'Upgrade to Visa Debit'.
